Jon Trenchard trained at the London Academy of Performing Arts. Theatre credits since then include Adrian Mole in The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 3/4 (Bruiser, Ireland Tour); Mack & Mabel (The Watermill), Nana and Smee in John Doyle's Peter Pan (Oxford Playhouse), Puck in Benjamin Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream (QEH, South Bank), Tobias Ragg in the devised musical, Todd! The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (Kabosh, Ireland tour), Leonardo's Last Supper (Regent's Park Open Air Theatre Studio), La Ronde (Pentameters Theatre), Lear (Baron's Court Theatre), The 'Ouses in Between (Menuhin Theatre, Portsmouth), Hold Tight It's 60s Night (Holland tour), Measure For Life and Don't Ignore It (Comment UK), and pantomimes for Jordan Productions and New World Productions.

Film & TV credits include commercials for Grolsch and Abbey National, and Alexander Pope in The Da Vinci Code.

Jon was a choral scholar at St John's College, Oxford, and a Lay Clerk at Peterborough Cathedral. He now sings professionally at the Carmelite Church in Kensington, and with the Spanish repertoire choir, Coro Cervantes.
He is delighted to be working once again on Mack & Mabel.
